Liquor Law
Liquor law and licensing is a minefield for clients to navigate. For Withey Morris, however, it’s all in a day’s work. Our attorneys regularly appear before City Councils, the Arizona State Liquor Board, the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings, and all subsequent appellate courts on behalf of licensees. We regularly assist liquor licensees in license acquisition, application preparation, license transfer, and liquor violations and compliance.
